Ordered an Alternator from Classic Industries and when it arrived it wouldn’t turn and was jammed solid. I called the tech number listed on the alternator and spoke to the tech hoping he would have an answer that would end in a positive result. I was told that the alternator should have turned on arrival and it was recommended that I call Classic and report it which I did and was told that they would pull another alternator and get it ready to ship and I was told that I would receive a shipping label but it would take time. About 4 days later I received an email with a return shipping label for UPS so the alternator was packaged up and taken to the UPS store
About a week and a half later I still hadn’t heard from Classic so I called their customer service , at that time I was told they had received my shipment and were waiting to hear from me which was contrary to what I had been told originally. At this point I told them just to refund the return back to my account. I got a notice today that I was getting a refund of X number of dollars LESS the shipping. I am done with Classic Industries, I have purchased a lot of items from them in the past two years but will by local from now on…….NO MORE CLASSIC INDUSTRIES!!!!

Trunk weather stripping for 81 Camaro was exact shape along with plenty of extra length to complete the job.
Just wish there was a short installation video. Had a body shop install it.

Very responsive to questions and inquiries

I’ve tried to call to speak with someone on this order multiple times and have been on hold the entire time. I also sent an email and have yet to receive a response.

Ordered a door, never received email conformation of shipping. Received a call from UPS that they cannot deliver the door. Have called multiple times to try and get someone to help me. Wait times are outrageous. Terrible customer service.

For what you charge to ship, the part should be there the next day

I have used Classic Industries for years now, and I must say that There parts are second to none! When you receive your parts, they are packaged properly and they are always on time.
I have rebuilt my 1979 Trans-am, with all the parts including whole new interior, doors, hood, scoop all from Classic Industries !!

Good service and great parts, most likely this is not your fault, but both orders I have recently purchased did not arrive on the scheduled day. But finally did get both of them.
